Serving Pâtés:

Rillette - mild flavour, made with pork, carrot, onion - can be spread or cut

Coppa di Testa - Italian style spiced headcheese

Liver Pâté - smooth and creamy pâté spread made with pork and liver

Country Pâté - coarser texture, made with pork and liver

Jambon Persillé - in the classic French style, made with pieces of ham and parsley - a summertime specialty!


Pâtés make a light and easy appetizer or snack. Simply remove them from their vacuum sealed packages and serve on a platter with crackers or bread. The firmer pâtés, such as rillette and jambon persillé, can also be sliced for a sandwich or breakfast accompaniment.
